As part of the Learning & Development Team you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of learning sessions at AGS. You will present learning content in a classroom or virtual setting ensuring content is presented in a clear concise manner. This role can access the participants needs situationally adapt to the learning needs of the participants alter delivery methods when needed and drive engagement with the subject at hand. You will provide feedback to the Instructional Designer and Program Manager on needs and trends of the learning experience that will drive training enhancements or analysis across AGS as well as coach and provide feedback to leaders and participants. This role is also responsible for effectively planning and supporting the logistics of all classroom or virtual trainings.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver engaging training that is inclusive interactive and provides a quality learning experience for all in attendance.
- Adjust training/delivery based on audience feedback and changing circumstances.
- Assist in the gathering assessing and development of content for current and future training programs.
- Collaborate with other Training Specialists and Program Manager partners to improve and evolve the delivery of programs based on best practices and participant feedback.
- Make recommendations in partnership with Instructional Designers to the training agenda or curriculum as needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage and assign training programs.
- Plan and coordinate proper venues timing and modality.
- Coordinate event logistics including travel meals transportation materials etc. as needed for training sessions.
- Maintain attendance logs and other necessary records.
- Solicit accept and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor any new Training Specialist who joins the team
- Review training calendars to ensure that the offerings are in line with the requirements for the region/BU
Qualifications :
Experience:
- Proficiency in utilizing virtual training software such as Teams or Zoom
- Technical competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Displays a strong command of training and tact to handle a varied audience and various modes of training
- Highly skilled in mentoring and guiding new team members.
*3 to 7 years of relevant experience qualify as a TS2 and this does not include any other previous experience outside of the training role.
