We have an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner.
The position of Human Resources Business Partner is accountable to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner to conduct a broad scope of HR duties including involvement in recruitment and retention policy development organizational design and employee relations. This includes working with all levels of staff and providing leadership and coaching to ensure the consistent application of internal and legislative policies to both front-line employees as well as the management team.
o Recruitment & Onboarding-Assisting leaders with job descriptions and job evaluations for new roles and providing resources to support strong onboarding
o Organizational changes within their teams and proper communication as part of the change management process
o Employee Relations initiatives through the administration and follow-up of employee performance management involvement in progressive discipline including facilitating terminations complaint investigations probationary monitoring and remedial training / development of employees.
o Disability Management related to Group Benefits. Partnering with the business unit to ensure there is smooth Return to Work plan for the employee returning. Communicating programs that provide a proactive approach to health and wellness.
o Organizational learning and developmentcommunicating global L&D offerings to support growth and development. Providing leaders with resources to support development conversations and to help identify gaps.
o Provide data analytics to the leaders for awareness in areas such as attrition recruitment diversity etc.
o Identifying top talent and career progression opportunities and gaps within the teams skill set to address upskills options
Education
Experience
Starting at approximately$85000CAD with potential for growth based on qualifications and experience. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits bonus eligibility and professional development support.
