About You
As a Team Leader you will:
- Hold a diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Allied Health Social Work or a related field.
- Lead and support Coordinators to deliver child- and family-centred best-practice supports.
- Guide assessment planning and strategies that build childrens independence and participation.
- Support families in setting goals and connecting with appropriate services and community supports.
- Monitor outcomes and adjust supports to achieve positive results.
- Build strong relationships across the community and service networks.

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.
As an NDIA partner Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW Mid North Coast Hunter New England North Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 with developmental delay and/or disability.
