Responsibilities
Application Support
This position performs analytical technical and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users remote end-users and production lines. Additionally this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Application Support Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills willingness to work overtime and most importantly working as a team.
The shift for this position will be 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday. During the 6 weeks training shift will be 8am-5pm
This is onsite Greensboro Uptime Center daily (not hybrid)
- 3-5 years of experience in performing analytical technical and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users remote end-users and production lines
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problems
- Solid Microsoft environment knowledge
- Desire to learn and be part of a team
