As Head of Engineering you will own the technical architecture and delivery for a platform managing cross-border mobile subscriptions. Leading a team of seven engineers you will transform startup chaos into predictable scalable systems. This is a high-authority role focused on reliability performance and shipping features that serve customers in eight countries.

• Proven experience as a senior engineering leader who has successfully scaled teams and products in a high-growth environment.

• Deep technical background in backend systems with the ability to lead by example and dive into code when necessary.

• Strong history of accountability capable of managing the messy middle between early-stage startup and established company processes.
