What Youll Do:

As aTalent Attraction Specialist youll recruitinternallyfor Amoria Bondessentially youll recruit the recruiters.

Build and grow yournetwork of candidatesprimarily through LinkedIn
Manage the entire candidate process: sourcing qualifying negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth onboarding
Represent Amoria Bond as your client and make a compelling case for your candidates

What Youll Bring:

A driven ambitious attitude and a love for working in a results-oriented team environment
Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with people
Fluency inDutchorGermanand English if not a minimun of 1 year of sales or recruitment experience is required
Experience in telemarketing sales customer service or recruitment is a plus (but not a must)
You live (in the proximity) of Amsterdam
