WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• First experience in cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage but not required

• Reliable structured and detail-oriented working style

• High sense of cleanliness and quality awareness

• Physical resilience and flexibility

• Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude

• Basic German or English skills are an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobby corridors elevators restrooms and back-of-house areas

• Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across both hotels

• Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks when required

• Follow hygiene safety and quality standards according to Marriott guidelines

• Report technical issues damages or maintenance needs to the relevant department

• Handle cleaning equipment materials and supplies responsibly

• Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments
