About the Role
As a Karaoke Sales Manager you will be responsible for karaoke product sales. This includes developing dealers for home karaoke systems expanding B2B business in home karaoke and small-to-medium-sized projects helping drive market channel penetration into lower-tier cities/markets and achieving the companys sales targets.
What You Will Do
- Lead nationwide business planning and negotiation for home entertainment karaoke driving the achievement of sales targets.
- Develop new business and customers assist dealers in expanding and optimizing store livestreaming and private domain operations to increase sales revenue.
- Grow the brands market share in the home entertainment sector and manage channel distribution and sales of key SKUs.
- Maintain daily customer relationships and sustain long-term effective communication with all dealers of JBL karaoke products.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Solid experience in nationwide home entertainment karaoke business planning and negotiation dealer channel management and new dealer development. Candidates with 3 years in the audio industry or at least 5 years in a related field (e.g. audiovisual) are preferred.
- Strong capability in developing new channels and businesses proficient in traditional ecommerce with 13 years experience and new media ecommerce platforms such as Douyin Xiaohongshu and privatedomain operations with 1 years experience.
- Willing and able to travel nationwide as required. Must have previously handled sales in targets (e.g. regional target- 20 million national target- 50 million).
- Candidates who can support dealers in saleout initiatives within their current industry are preferred and those with B2B project development experience are also preferred.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Possess strong market analysis and judgment skills with data sensitivity and a solid customer service mindset.
- Demonstrate capability and strengths in developing new channels along with good stress tolerance experience in building from 0 to 1 is a plus.

- Associate degree or above with basic English reading and writing skills.
- Willing and able to travel as required by the companys business needs.
- Proactive teamoriented and demonstrates strong sense of responsibility execution ability learning agility and resilience under pressure.
