A career within the Payments and Open Banking Consulting practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop and deliver extraordinary business results through their transformation. We focus on evaluating and managing unique payments and other challenges so our clients can maximize their return on investment. Youll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of the financial services industry including experience in all stages of the transformation lifecycle from inception through execution.

As a Senior Associateyoullwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues deliver high-quality clientserviceand innovative solutions. Responsibilities include but arenotlimited to:

  • Supporting the delivery ofend-to-endengagements related to payments and the financial sector to provide value and address ourclientsobjectives

  • Providing value-add to our clients by delivering high quality work andactionableinsights in both written and verbal formats

  • Working within a team environment supporting day-to-day client management projectmanagementand the development of high-quality client deliverables

  • Developing and working with the team to deliver advice make recommendations andidentifyand solve problems

  • Collaborating on practice development thought leadership and development of new payment offerings

  • Committing to driving positive interactions and promoting diversity and equality in the team

  • Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct

Experience and Skills Youll Use to Solve:

  • 35 years of experience in financial services ideally in consulting or paymentsand a demonstrated passion for learning more about payments

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • Experience in supporting theend-to-enddelivery of projects technology implementations and/or other strategic initiatives

  • Ability toconductdetailed research and analysis to logically frame and provide strong and easy to consume insights for our clients

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to provide high quality output and develop andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and internal colleagues

  • Self-motivatedwith a passion for delivering high quality work working collaboratively and developing an array of skills and knowledge

The salary range for this position is $84700 - $134700.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work location.In addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
