Field Service Engineer

Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Install start up and test Delkor equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and basic programming issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance audits and equipment optimization.
- Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance.
- Complete service reports documentation and followâup.
- Support equipment checkout PLC/HMI updates FATs and assembly as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Automated Systems Robotics Mechatronics or related field.
- 2 years as a Field Service Engineer I or 3 years relevant field experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Experience with RSLogix 500/5000 PanelView Plus HMIs and reading schematics.
- Ability to travel frequently often on short notice.
- Excellent communication organization and independent work skills.
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand walk climb bend and work in production environments.
Work Environment
- 70% travel to customer facilities (industrial production environment).
- 20% work on Delkors production floor.
- 10% office-based work and documentation.
