This position is a limited-duration position of 18 months
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Architectural Technology Engineering Business or related area preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelors degree with 3 years or High school diploma/ GED with 7 years of experience with the planning design construction management and contract administration of building projects which includes experience with multimillion dollar building projects required.
- Experience with computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with current technical environmental impact assessment methodologies (e.g. historic resources transportation air quality).
- Strong knowledge of hospital policies and departmental procedures preferred.
- Experience in architecture engineering operational or healthcare/scientific-related field involving architectural projects or contracts administration preferred.
- Experience managing large complex projects.
- Proven performance in earlier role.
- Professional certification (e.g. Project Management OSHA safety certification) preferred as applicable.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $94640 - $169520 per year for the role of Project Mgr II-Facility.
