Job Description:
Project Manager (Infrastructure/Operations) responsible for managing Infrastructure Managed services outsourcing knowledge transitions and managing contract execution for typical infrastructure outsourcing. The role includes managing knowledge transition across Service Areas such as Networking Data Center and Tools Cybersecurity Hybrid Cloud Operations Back-up and Storage Digital Workplace implementing the SLAs managing Infrastructure Policies and Procedure manual creation during Knowledge Transition and managing Managed Service provider resources onboarding and tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Infrastructure Managed services outsourcing knowledge transitions
Manage contract execution for typical infrastructure outsourcing
Manage knowledge transition across Service Areas - Networking Data Center and Tools Cybersecurity Hybrid Cloud Operations Back-up and Storage Digital Workplace
Implementation of the SLAs
Manage Infrastructure Policies and Procedure manual creation during Knowledge Transition
Manage Managed Service provider resources onboarding and tracking
Required Skills:
Experience in Infrastructure Managed services outsourcing knowledge transitions
Experience in managing contract execution for typical infrastructure outsourcing
Familiarity with managing knowledge transition during typical outsourcing across Service Areas - Networking Data Center and Tools Cybersecurity Hybrid Cloud Operations Back-up and Storage Digital Workplace
Familiarity with implementation the SLAs
Experience with managing Infrastructure Policies and Procedure manual creation during Knowledge Transition
Experience in managing Managed Service provider resources onboarding and tracking
