Responsibilities

Assist customers with flight bookings changes and general inquiries

Provide information on airline policies schedules and services

Handle customer communication via phone email and chat

Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)

Customer service experience preferably in travel or aviation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to relocate to Greece

EU passport or valid Greek work permit is mandatory
