German Speaking Implementation & Quality Specialist
Location: Bulgaria

Introduction
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive German Speaking Implementation & Quality Specialist to join an international digital solutions team based in Bulgaria. In this role you will support customer onboarding ensure smooth product implementation and maintain high-quality standards throughout the customer lifecycle. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with processes technology and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and onboarding process for new customers

Ensure accuracy and quality during system setup and configuration

Support customers with platform usage and best practices

Monitor onboarding progress and key customer milestones
-
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems and CRM tools
-
Assist with troubleshooting requests and coordinate with technical teams
-
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer success
-
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures
Requirements

Fluent German (C1 level or higher) written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Comfortable working with technical tools and data

Previous experience in implementation onboarding quality assurance or customer support is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Bulgaria

EU passport or valid work permit for Bulgaria is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
