Ventures ONSITE () a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based
platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed
on-going and future construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date company records by
inputting data into our systems with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into internal databases and systems from various source documents.
- Review verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Generate regular reports and assist with basic data analysis for management.
- Strictly adhere to company confidentiality and data protection policies.
Requirements:
- Location: Ability to work full-time from our office in Egypt.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and correct data errors.
- Language: Fluency in English & Arabic
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in an administrative field.
