Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end data analysis including extraction cleaning modeling and interpretation of HR and workforce datasets.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track HR metrics and trends.
- Analyze HR metrics such as headcount turnover recruitment absenteeism and employee demographics.
- Support Compensation & Benefits analytics including payroll cost analysis salary structures compa-ratio and merit increase simulations.
- Conduct trend analysis variance analysis and scenario modeling to guide HR decision-making.
- Partner with HR Finance and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across HR and workforce datasets.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 57 years of experience in data analytics HR analytics or a related field.
- Solid understanding of core data analysis concepts and ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce data; exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
- Strong analytical thinking problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
