The Senior Manager Data Analytics leads the design delivery and governance of enterprisewide analytics that drive datainformed decisionmaking. This role partners closely with executive leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable reporting actionable insights and trusted metrics across Sales Finance Customer Support Professional Services and Customer Success.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a highperforming analytics team delivering dashboards insights and executive reporting.
- Establish and own a reporting and analytics Center of Excellence ensuring consistency accuracy and alignment on key metrics.
- Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs performance frameworks and analytics roadmaps that support GTM strategy and business priorities.
- Oversee endtoend analytics delivery including data validation metric definitions dashboard design and insight generation.
- Audit and improve data quality across core systems to ensure reliable reporting and decisionmaking.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives insights and recommendations for executive and boardlevel audiences.
- Identify trends risks and opportunities through advanced analysis of performance data.
Essential Requirments:
- 10 years experience 5 years People Management Experience
- Talent development and team leadership
- Strong analytical thinking storytelling and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.
- Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
- Deep understanding of GTM revenue and customer lifecycle metrics
