Job Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products troubleshooting issues and resolving problems related to product assembly and performance. This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet quality and performance standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble components across all product lines using the correct tools and fixtures.

Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues related to assembly and functionality.

Read and interpret blueprints and identify components accurately.

Use appropriate hand tools rework techniques and operate production equipment.

Measure components and set tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies.

Create and maintain labor records for all production transactions.

Apply manufacturing system principles and tools to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Entry-level position; 03 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and peers.

Basic computer proficiency including email use and completion of online training or certifications.

Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
