About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead corporate and FBO investment portfolios manage foreign exchange (FX) strategies and optimize cash and interest income. This high-impact role partners with Product Engineering and Finance teams to support growth in global payments and fintech solutions. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in corporate treasury capital markets FX trading and investment compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage corporate and customer (FBO) investment portfolios ensuring liquidity yield optimization and risk compliance.
Lead commercial FX execution and strategies supporting global payments products.
Forecast cash flow interest income and optimize float using advanced financial modeling.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate treasury and FX expertise into payments solutions.
Oversee treasury operations vendor performance and banking relationships.
Implement Treasury Management Systems (TMS) automation tools and AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications:

710 years in Corporate Treasury Capital Markets or Finance within FinTech or financial services.
Proven experience managing large complex investment portfolios and FBO/customer funds.
Hands-on FX trading and commercial FX risk management experience.
Strong financial modeling forecasting and treasury operations expertise.
Knowledge of investment compliance regulatory requirements and corporate covenants.
Bachelors in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA CFA or CTP preferred.
Experience with TMS platforms (Kyriba SAP Treasury FIS Quantum) RPA or AI/ML in treasury operations is a plus.
