Attorney - Associate Employment Law
Class Action & Complex Litigation

A leading class-action and complex litigation practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to support high-impact employment and consumer class-action matters. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney early in their litigation career who is eager for hands-on experience and long-term growth.

The Opportunity

Youll work closely with senior attorneys on major industry-shaping cases gaining exposure across all phases of complex litigation while building strong foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior attorneys throughout all stages of litigation

  • Draft motions pleadings and discovery responses

  • Assist with depositions hearings and settlement preparation

  • Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy development

  • Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines

Qualifications

  • 13 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred)

  • Strong legal research writing and discovery skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and client communication with guidance

  • Motivation to grow into more complex litigation responsibilities
