Requirements

5 years of employment litigation and class-action experience
Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team
Expertise in strategy discovery depositions motions and settlements
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Lead mentor and supervise Junior Associates
Oversee complex high-stakes cases from start to finish
Develop case strategies and coordinate discovery depositions and motions
Guide client communications throughout litigation
Contribute to long-term strategic planning on major legal issues
