Job Summary

Facilities Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our physical therapy and wellness center in Lawrenceville Georgia. As a part-time Facilities Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is clean safe and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facility maintenance and cleaning schedules to ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained at all times

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment fixtures and furniture to ensure they are functioning properly and in compliance with safety standards

- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs

- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential safety hazards and address them promptly

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and order replacements as needed

- Coordinate with the management team to develop and implement facility improvement projects

- Monitor and manage facility budget to ensure cost-effective operations

- Train and supervise facility staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles

- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations related to facility operations and safety

- Respond to facility emergencies and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelors degree in facilities management or related field preferred

- Proven experience in facilities management preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting

- Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexible schedule to accommodate facility needs including occasional evenings and weekends
