Job Summary

Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Nantwich Cheshire (CW5)
Salary: per annum (DOE & inclusive of sleep-ins)
Working Hour: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern
Number of Sleeps Required: Sleep-in after each shift
Service: Supported Living / Supported Accommodation
Service Users: 1625-year-olds (Care Leavers EBD Trauma Complex Needs)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People (desirable) or willingness to work towards
Experience in Years Required: 1 year working with children or young adults (preferred)
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

  • Provide day-to-day practical and emotional support

  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

  • Work flexibly including weekends and sleep-ins

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car

  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)

  • You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
