Global Commercial a function within Care Enablement unites Sales Marketing Global Sales Excellence and Global Technical Operations. This team delivers high-quality medical devices technical services and effective commercial strategies across global markets advancing our mission to improve patient lives. Summary about role
As a Marketing Specialist you are responsible for developing andmaintainingmarketing strategies to meet organizationalobjectivesfor theCEbusiness. Evaluates customer research marketconditionsandcompetitor -ordinates with regional marketing and local commercial teams marketing and promotional planspreparesresources to achieve revenue profitability and market shareobjectivesfor CE and CD.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect andanalysemarket needs from various sources. Conduct market research.
- Lead yearly MCS and LRDP data
- Plan and execute marketing activities including3rdparty events educational seminars conferences in service programs FME events (includeother countries event)for the purpose of total engagementwith the renal community andestablishingthe provider business brand
- Lead Compliance process planning and execution. Connect with all stakeholders and delegate according toprovidinglearningopportunitiesfor other support Sales Admin
- Develop and drive patient awarenessacquisitionand retention initiatives working closelywith HCPs
- IncludeField visit to build rapport and collect data from HCPs
- Collaborate on the concept development and implementation of marketing plans andstrategies serviceconceptsand promotionalprogrammesvia different marketingchannels
- Lead in The Edge Veeva
- Ad-hoc projects
- Be familiar with social media management to drive content development and keyperformance metrics with agency
- Prepareall relatedmarketingand businessslidesreports
- Prepare Business case for Product Lauch
- Representand lead all vertical meetings related to products. Includingquarterlymeeting organised by verticals andad hocinitiatives
- Drive development and maintenance of marketing materialsie. flyers posters directmailers and online materials such as brochures presentations emails infographicsvideos and newslettersvia Veeva
- Understand andmaintainthe corporate brand in all marketing initiatives andcampaigns
- Coordinateand support CDs initiatives
- Take ownership of andevaluatemarketing campaigns advertising andoptimizationmetrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaignswhere needed to ensure that trends are acted upon tomaximiseROI.
- Develop relationships with and working alongside internal or external creativeteams marketing agenciessupplierscontractorsand HCPs
- Representand actively presentat promotional eventsand meetings
- Work closely with global Corporate Communications to develop messaging pressreleases contributed articles event strategy and media relations strategy for providerbusiness
- Support the ground teamwith ad hoc initiatives
Your Profile:
- Degree/diploma in Management MarketingBusinessor related fields
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the Healthcare and related industry
- A proven record of success in a strategic marketing role
- Good exposure to the public and/or private Healthcare and hospital sectors
- Good knowledge and informationofcompetitors in the marketplace
- Good working knowledge of all core marketing areas includingAIweb-based contentcontent marketing copywriting print multi-media digital social media direct marketingpromotional marketing project and supplier management and marketing planning todeliver engaging campaigns
- Presentation skillsisa must
- Good team spirit
- Excellent time management andprioritisationcapabilities coupled with the ability tosimultaneously control various projects
- Ability to process andprioritisetasks in anorganisedand proactive manner
- Project and campaign management experience
- Ability to work well with cross-departmental team members enabling collaborationand advice sharing
- Strongresearchcapabilities problem solvingandmanaging various stakeholders
