Job Summary
Job Title: Deputy Manager Consolidation & Reporting (CA / ICAP)
Location: Near WAPDA House Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite
Office Timings: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Job Overview
We are hiring a Deputy Manager Consolidation & Reporting with strong expertise in financial reporting consolidation ERP systems and IFRS compliance. This role is ideal for a seasoned CA (Finalist or Qualified) professional with extensive post-articleship experience in large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare trial balance and manage monthly and periodic financial closing
- Consolidate financial statements and field trial balances in line with IFRS / IAS
- Prepare financial statements reconciliations and management reports
- Manage and supervise General Ledger (GL) activities in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Establish implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers including creditors ledgers
- Coordinate with external auditors regulators and internal stakeholders
- Prepare periodic reports for MoE (PD) PPMC and senior management
- Supervise reconciliation of free electricity accounts with WAPDA NTDC and DISCOs
- Support the CFO with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- CA Finalist or Qualified (ICAP or equivalent) Articleship completed
- Minimum 10 years of post-articleship experience
- Articleship from Big4 firms preferred
- Experience in large organizations (PKR 5 billion turnover or public sector entities)
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP) advanced Excel
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS / IAS / Accounting Standards
- Excellent analytical reporting and stakeholder coordination skills
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Languages: Urdu & English
