Job Summary
A fast-growing customer-focused financial services organisation is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead and manage its IT function. This role is critical in ensuring the stability security and scalability of technology systems that support business operations and digital growth.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
5 years experience in an IT leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of networks cloud platforms cybersecurity and system architecture
Experience managing IT support teams and external service providers
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
