Our client is currently recruiting an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the business. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who is equally comfortable with hands-on operational HR and driving a strong company culture.
You will play a key role in talent management compliance employee relations and supporting leadership to build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Implement and execute the HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead and manage HR operations administration reporting and HR team members
- Ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
- Manage industrial relations matters including discipline and dispute resolution
- Develop review and implement HR policies procedures and supporting processes
- Design and drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Coach and support leaders on complex people and performance-related matters
- Own talent management strategies including performance development and retention
- Conduct training needs analysis and oversee learning induction and onboarding programmes
- Analyse compensation and benefits trends; manage salary benchmarking and pay equity
- Oversee total rewards wellness and employee retention initiatives
- Own end-to-end recruitment for non-executive roles aligned with EE objectives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit including exit analysis
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with company values
- Drive transformation BBBEE Employment Equity and Skills Development compliance
Key Attributes Required:
- Diploma or bachelors degree in Human Resources
- A minimum of 9 years experience as a HR Generalist with at least 3 years in a Senior Management
