Job Summary

Position Overview:

As a Bar Attendant Lounge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the lounge area. You will work closely with the lounge manager to ensure that all guests needs are met and that the lounge operates smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong knowledge of German culture and language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner making them feel welcome and comfortable in the lounge

- Take orders and serve drinks and snacks to guests ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area

- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction

- Engage with guests and build rapport to enhance their overall experience

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and crew members

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

- Perform any other duties assigned by the lounge manager or other supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a high-end establishment

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of German culture and cuisine

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Positive attitude and team player mentality

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

- Must be at least 21 years old.
