Job Summary

Mechanical / Engineering Projects Planner - Durban R60 000 CTC Negotiable

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a busy engineering environment in Durban. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running taking over large live projects and driving them through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan schedule and manage engineering projects from handover to finalisation
Interpret project requirements and develop detailed project schedules
Track progress milestones and variances against the plan
Produce forecasts reports and updated schedules
Work closely with project teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met

Requirements:

Proven planning experience within a mechanical engineering environment (essential)
Strong project scheduling skills (MS Projects / Primavera advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to work overtime and outside core hours when required
