Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing timely and accurate information
  • Assist customers with issues related to products services and accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring their satisfaction
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner
  • Update customer accounts and document relevant interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide informed responses to customers

Requirements:

  • Native French speaker
  • B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Availability to work rotational shifts and maintain flexible working hours
