- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing timely and accurate information
- Assist customers with issues related to products services and accounts
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner
- Update customer accounts and document relevant interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide informed responses to customers
Requirements:
- Native French speaker
- B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Availability to work rotational shifts and maintain flexible working hours
