Senior O2C Specialist French Speaking
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site Relocation required)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist with excellent French language skills to join a dynamic finance team supporting O2C operations for medical diabetes devices. Based in Porto Portugal you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing invoicing and cash collection while delivering high-quality service to French-speaking stakeholders across the region.
Relocation support
Relocation to Portugal is required. A comprehensive relocation package is provided including flight tickets hotel accommodation and full relocation assistance.
Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit will be considered.
Responsibilities

Manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for diabetes medical device accounts

Ensure accurate and timely order entry billing and revenue recognition

Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities when necessary

Handle complex billing queries and resolve issues efficiently

Collaborate with Finance Sales and Customer Service teams to improve operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and quality standards

Coach and support junior team members promoting best practices
Requirements

Fluency in French (written and spoken)

Good command of English

Proven experience in Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations

Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience in medical devices or healthcare is a plus

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required
