Location: Porto Portugal

On site role Relocation required

Introduction

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor fluent in Dutch to support users of tech gadgets and online platforms for a leading global client. You will engage with customers via email and chat resolving inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This is a great opportunity for customer service enthusiasts who enjoy technology and digital environments.

Relocation is required. A comprehensive relocation package including flight tickets hotel and support is provided.
Only candidates with an EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and other digital channels

  • Support users with technical questions and product usage guidance

  • Follow internal procedures to resolve cases efficiently

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Participate in training and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills

  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in customer service or tech support (advantageous)

  • Ability to adapt to evolving tools and procedures

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
