Location: Lisbon Portugal
Onsite role relocation required
Introduction
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Danish-speaking market for an exciting international streaming platform project based in Lisbon Portugal. You will be part of a global customer experience team delivering top-tier support to subscribers helping them with inquiries troubleshooting and account assistance.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills a passion for great service and fluency in Danish.
We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Relocation is required. A relocation package including flight tickets hotel accommodation and relocation assistance is provided.
Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone email or chat
- Assist Danish-speaking subscribers with account questions technical issues billing queries and general inquiries
- Deliver accurate and timely information while maintaining high quality service standards

Troubleshoot basic platform issues and guide customers through solutions

Document interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues appropriately

Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention goals
Requirements

Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage

Comfort using computers support systems and digital tools
