Job Summary

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for outbound lead generation. This is a performance-driven role focused on booking qualified meetings through cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls daily

  • Send structured cold emails with follow-ups

  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connection requests messages follow-ups)

  • Qualify leads and book meetings

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in cold calling

  • Hands-on experience with cold emailing

  • Experience using LinkedIn for outbound sales

  • Strong spoken and written English

  • Comfortable handling rejection and objections

  • Results-focused and disciplined
