Sales Consultants (Premium Eyewear / Optometry Retail)
Locations: Achrafieh & Dora Beirut
Schedule: Retail schedule (rotational shifts / weekends as needed)
Industry: Luxury optometry / premium eyewear
Our client is a high-end optometry retail group known for premium brands strong standards and a curated customer experience. Theyre growing their sales team and looking for people who genuinely enjoy premium products styling service and closing not just selling.

What youll own
- Deliver a premium customer experience: consult recommend style and close with confidence
- Build repeat business through trust follow-up and long-term client relationships
- Maintain strong product knowledge: lenses frames brand stories fit & comfort
- Hit personal and store targets while keeping the experience elevated (no pushy sales)
- Support daily store operations: displays merchandising stock handling and basic reporting
- Work closely with a structured leadership team focused on standards and growth
Youre a fit if you
- Have experience in optometry / eyewear sales (strong advantage) or premium/luxury retail sales
- Understand how to sell high-ticket premium products with professionalism and tact
- Are naturally curious presentable and client-focused
- Communicate clearly and can guide clients from discovery decision
- Want to build a long-term career in a niche high-end industry
