Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for outbound lead generation. This is a performance-driven role focused on booking qualified meetings through cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume cold calls daily
Send structured cold emails with follow-ups
Conduct LinkedIn outreach (connection requests messages follow-ups)
Qualify leads and book meetings
Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses

Required Experience

Proven experience in cold calling
Hands-on experience with cold emailing
Experience using LinkedIn for outbound sales
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable handling rejection and objections
Results-focused and disciplined
