About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team in this role you will work with high-potential businesses in the German market helping them launch optimize and scale performance-driven Google Ads campaigns.
You will act as a trusted advisor building strong client relationships driving product adoption increasing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities within a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of new German-speaking clients
- Act as a trusted consultant developing high-performing PPC and Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
- Understand customer objectives and tailor advertising strategies accordingly
- Design and implement results-driven campaigns focused on short-term impact and long-term growth
- Increase advertising spend through upselling and account expansion
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone outreach
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and complete client data
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent work experience
- C2-level German and English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales digital marketing or a customer-facing role
- Strong ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and CRM optimization
- Comfortable using AI tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation and confidence
- Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong customer focus and commitment to high-quality service
