Job Summary

German Speaking Business Development Representative

Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven German Speaking Business Development Representative to join a dynamic international team in Spain. This is a full-time on-site position where you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth in Dutch-speaking markets. Relocation to Spain is required and a comprehensive relocation package is provided to support your move.

Responsibilities

As a German Speaking Business Development Representative you will:

  • Actively identify and reach out to potential new business leads

  • Conduct outreach via phone email and social channels in German

  • Qualify prospects uncover needs and set meetings for senior sales teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

  • Track interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams

  • Contribute to the development of strategies to grow the Dutch-speaking market
  • Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and pipeline growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Native or near-native German language skills (C1 level or higher)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level mandatory)

  • Previous experience in sales business development or lead generation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with a target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and digital outreach tools

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
