Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative
Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative to join a dynamic international team in Spain. This is a full-time on-site position where you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth in Dutch-speaking markets. Relocation to Spain is required and a comprehensive relocation package is provided to support your move.
Responsibilities
As a Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative you will:

Actively identify and reach out to potential new business leads

Conduct outreach via phone email and social channels in Dutch

Qualify prospects uncover needs and set meetings for senior sales teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

Track interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams
- Contribute to the development of strategies to grow the Dutch-speaking market
- Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and pipeline growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:

Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1 level or higher)

Good command of English (minimum B2 level mandatory)

Previous experience in sales business development or lead generation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive and self-motivated approach with a target-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Experience with CRM systems and digital outreach tools

EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
