Job Summary
Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager Based in Spain
Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic international sales team in Spain. This is a full-time on-site role focused on managing and growing customer accounts building strong client relationships and driving business results. Relocation to Spain is required and a full relocation package is included to ensure a smooth transition.
Responsibilities
As a Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing Dutch-speaking clients
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services and solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs

Maintaining accurate sales records and updating CRM systems

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Providing excellent customer service and proactive support throughout the sales process
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:

Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1 level or higher)

Strong command of English (minimum B2 level mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales account management or business development

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment

Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
