Candidate Profile
Required:

Ability to work as a freelancer or via own company (B2B cooperation)
- Native or fluent German with strong written and verbal communication skills

English at B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in customer support service or a customer-facing role

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
