We are partnering with an innovative European e-mobility company that is redefining how people experience sustainable transportation. They are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Bike Expert to join their fully remote team and provide high-quality support throughout the customer journey.

This role suits someone who enjoys customer interaction works well independently and has a genuine interest in bikes technology and sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email chat and occasional phone support
  • Advise customers on selecting the most suitable e-bike based on their needs
  • Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations

  • Support customers with orders deliveries warranties and after-sales queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases

  • Maintain excellent service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and internal processes

Candidate Profile

Required:

  • Ability to work as a freelancer or via own company (B2B cooperation)

  • Native or fluent German with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English at B2 level or higher

  • Previous experience in customer support service or a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

  • Interest or background in bikes e-mobility or tech products

  • Experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment
