Job Summary
Job Description:
An opportunity for CIM Customer Inspection Manager has arisen in San Pablo (Sevilla).
RESPONSABILITIES
- Answering potential NC that the customer will rise during the delivery process.
- Preparing the A/C for the delivery process preparing the applicable inspections in order the reach the expected customer satisfaction.
- Issuing documentation from Quality point of view to support customer and/ or authorities requirements.
- Ensuring production process from quality perspective following Operational surveillance process following up non conformities and root cause analysis.

- Strong listening skills and empathy.
- Systemic and strategic mindset.
- Ability to facilitate complex conversations.
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Credibility and influence when working with senior profiles.
- Confidential handling and high ethical standards.
Education
English speaker and Engineer profile is a must. Previous experience in customer management quality and production processes will be valuable.
