About the Graduate Programme (24 months)

You will be part of a structured development journey created specifically for early-career QA professionals.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Graduate Software QA Associate (Automation) youll work as part of an experienced QA and engineering team gradually increasing responsibility as your skills grow.

You will:

• Learn to understand project requirements and design test scenarios

• Execute manual and automated tests and accurately record results

• Identify log and track defects clearly and professionally

• Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts

• Work with automation frameworks and testing tools

• Collaborate closely with developers QA engineers and stakeholders

• Help ensure software meets quality performance and reliability standards

• Training and mentoring are provided you are not expected to work independently from day one.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for strong learners with attention to detail not finished QA engineers.

You should have:

• A bachelors degree in computer science IT or a related field with a good academic record

• An interest in software testing quality assurance and automation

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Some exposure to programming or scripting (e.g. Java Python)

• Interest in automation tools or frameworks (e.g. Selenium Robot Framework)

• Good English communication skills

• A methodical mindset curiosity and willingness to learn

• Confidence to ask questions and work collaboratively

• Open to recent graduates or final-year students (2024 or 2025) with the right to work in Thailand
