Job Purpose
Work location: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Khao Khansong Si Racha District Chonburi

Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
You will be rotated across areas within your streams over the course of 18 months program.
During your traineeship you will develop your insights and leadership capabilities at an early stage to achieve your career aspirations.
At the end of the program based on readiness and performance you will be assigned a final role in discussion with the Regional Manufacturing Organization from your host sites.
Selection Process (Conducted Across Separate Days):
Step 1: Pre-Screening
Initial screening conducted by the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Step 2: Self-Introduction & Assessment
Candidates are required to submit a 5-minute self-introduction video and complete online assessment.
Step 3: Site Tour & Panel Interview
Includes a site tour and a panel interview with members of the Executive Committee. Further steps may follow based on candidate progress.
Experience
Requirements:
New graduatestoMaximum 1 (one)year of working experiencewith energetic and positive vibe who completed bachelor degree or higher degree in;
oEngineering - Chemical Mechanical Chemistry Science
oScience - Chemistry
International exposure is a plus.
Open to relocation on local and global level.
