ROLE SUMMARY:
This role is part of the Revenue Management & Sales Intelligence organization and is responsible for the overall pack strategy of innovations which includes pricing strategy commercial viability and financial stewardship. It therefore plays a critical role of commercial expertise to the Marketing Supply Logistics and Innovation organizations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide brand teams on pack-price strategy and sales considerations.
Support the Stage-Gate process with Volume projections Pricing Modeling and P&L creation.
Work cross-functionally with Innovation Marketing Supply Logistics and CASE.
Support the Apollo team with Volume projections Pricing Modeling and P&L creation.
Identify and pursue pack price opportunities by analyzing multiple inputs including syndicated data internal sales
data and research output.
Maintain strong communication and visibility of innovation projects to the RMSI field teams as well as internal
stakeholders such as the Channel team.
Identify best practices across innovation execution and management and propose new alternatives to improve
existing processes.
Support iWeek / iSemester with pack strategy guidance for upcoming innovations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in finance business engineering or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data to support
recommendations.
Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines and to consistently challenge and be challenged on
performance results.
Ability to manage multiple projects while focusing on details.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence a diverse set of stakeholders
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced computer software proficiency including Excel PowerPoint and PowerBI
Previous experience in pricing and/or previous commercial experience in a CPG company.
Previous experience in syndicated data and/or previous experience in Commercial organization in CPG company is a plus
US Beer industry experience
