Summary:
Cook Childrens Health Care Position is accepting applications for a full time Adolescent Medicine Physician. This physician will launch Cook Childrens Adolescent Medicine service to provide care for teens and young adults with eating disorders. This physician will also co-manage anxiety depression and other health conditions and provide a weight inclusive approach. The physician will also work closely with other clinicians in nutrition and psychology to provide comprehensive care to the patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required
Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics and for Adolescent Medicine
Must be Board eligible/Board certified in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License before employment commences
Must be American Heart Association BLS certified
