$400000 / year conversion rate
100% paid Malpractice and tail

About the role:

Location: San Marcos
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with manageable call coverage
Team with 40 providers across8 specialties now (OBGYN Gen Surg Bariatric Surg Ortho Cardio Pulm Colorectal surg ENT/Allergy)
Shared clinic space with a multispecialty group staffed with 1.52 CMAs and additional support staff.
An average day will be seeing 18-20 patients.
