Job Summary

The Associate Manager of Vertical Services Project Management leads and scales a team of Project Managers responsible for complex custom and largescale service deployments across Enterprise Hospitality MDU Health and Education verticals. This role ensures strong operational structure consistent execution and scalable processes. The Associate Manager sets team standards improves workflows removes execution friction and ensures the Project Management function can support continued services growth.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Lead coach and develop a growing team of Project Managers
  • Set clear expectations workflows and accountability standards
  • Establish scalable onboarding training and operating norms
Operational Execution
  • Standardize processes for complex multi-site deployments
  • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks impacting speed quality or consistency
  • Ensure effective management of overlapping SLAs and escalations
  • Improve tools documentation and systems of record
Sales & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Vertical Sales Leaders to enable services growth
  • Act as senior escalation point for DAT IT franchisees and corporate partners
  • Ensure alignment between sales project management and field operations
Performance & Capacity Management
  • Define and track KPIs for execution performance and team capacity
  • Forecast workload and utilization
  • Provide actionable insights to Geek Squad Field Leaders and Support Teams

Scope of Responsibility Project Management Team
  • Project Managers own end-to-end coordination of complex deployments including site readiness and change management scheduling and product coordination agent and partner support permitting and compliance deployment scheduling and system-of-record updates. They ensure agents are equipped materials arrive on time and post-deployment requirements such as core returns are completed and validated.
