Job Summary
A great opportunity is available for a Business Systems Administrator with our JSE-listed client. You are an expert in SAGE X3 optimisations building customized reports and executing a strategy to maintain the business system. If this is you apply today!
Ensuring the optimal performance of Sage X3 systems and add-on products
Upgrading and configuring Sage X3 for optimized integration
Building custom reports and dashboard for end-users
Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring the system
Planning and executing a strategy to maintain business system
Ensuring that all system workflows and configurations are made in a timely manner to minimize any disruptions to business operations
Training and supporting the end-users on the correct use of the system software
Creating an ongoing system training solution to keep end-users skills at peak levels
Participate in the system analysis to find opportunities to better utilize our business systems
Performing system upgrades create and maintain databases. Importing data when needed
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in system administration
Extensive experience required working with Sage X3
Experience in accounting distribution and manufacturing is required
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent required.
