Core Responsibilities:
Checks verifies and records results of required information on planning shipping and receiving documents including dimensional checks here appropriate.
Communicates significant problems and/or deviation to responsible person with corrective action for concurrence and resolution.
Orders packaging materials.
Ships customer gauging/tooling/fixturing.
Package finished product and preparing shipping documents etc. to support the flow in and out of the facility.
Perform cycle counting and coordinating the annual Physical Inventory.
May perform other duties as required.
Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.
Process all material returns from customers and suppliers.
Deliver and pick-up parts from customers and suppliers.
Forklift experience required.
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time and working primarily standing.
Qualifications:
Ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ability to effectively communicate build and utilize a team to solve problems and work in a team environment with empowered people making decisions and taking responsibility.
Ability to operate Computer & Tape sealer.
Good mathematical skills and possess strong computer skills.
Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively.
Possess high integrity and ethical standards.
Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of employees customers and vendors.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
Maintain a positive cooperative attitude and be flexible in a rapid change to market conditions.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
